Cavaliers sign an excited Mo Williams to a reported two-year, $4.3 million deal

It won't get the fanfare of LeBron James's return to Cleveland last year -- and it shouldn't -- but Mo Williams's signing Monday by the Cavaliers came as joyous news to at least one person: Williams himself.
